I just unboxed my new Dell 8900 and am seeing the exact same behaviour. Nothing strange plugged in. Just the dell mouse, keyboard and monitor. I've tried swapping all devices and cables... Still no luck. The 30 second power off trick doesn't work either. Hmmm... I'm a little stumped.
