So my Solution is to Clock the CPU Up as high as possible. My CPU is now running on 3100MHZ overclocked with AMD Overdrive. I tried other tools to but they are much worse then AMD-Overdrive. The normal clocked speed is 3300MHZ, but i am not able to higher it.
