More power is not an issue. Corsair CS750M works fine in most Dells due to its EPS12v Spec AND physical dimensions. Older systems don't like UEFI bios cards. EVGA handles this via DUAL Bios cards.

CS 750M still does not provide 4A on 5VSB and according to the EPS12V Spec, it should be able to provide a max of 30 A on 5V. It only gives 25A, further more no more than 130 W on 3.3V and 5V together...
